Getting Ready

Only 19 more days!!

Manny and I are so ready to meet our little girl. We have everything we need, just in case she arrives early.  Here is a little look at our check list.  If you seen anything that we have forgotten please let us know, this is our first time doing this and we might forget something..

• Car seat installed at the fire station

• Pack hospital bag

• Get rocking chair

• Get baby room ready (diapers, blankets, clothes, changing pad, ect)

• Wash all baby items

• Pack diaper bag for take home baby day

• Relax

• Get announcement cards ready

• Enjoy time with Manny

• Get slippers for me

I think we are ready to go.. 

The things as of now that I still need to do is buy the baby lotion and powders, I have settled on Johnson and Johnson. 

As for me, I am so ready to have this baby!! The weather is getting hot now and that is not cool when you are pregnant.  On the hot days all I want to do is sit in front of a fan and do nothing!! Since the weather here in Santa Barbara has been gloomy, I have been outside. Manny and I walked  5 miles yesterday and can you believe it, I was the one cheering him on, but he did it. Way to go Manny!!

I am still attending yoga as much as possible, on hot days I would rather not.. it is even hotter in the yoga room... 

But overall this pregnancy has been amazing and to have had Manny be with me everyday through this has only made my love for him grow.  I know he is going to be the best daddy.

People ask me what are you most excited about I tell them.. I am so excited to see Manny hold his baby girl and fall in love with her!
